I liked the place and all it was a nice atmosphere but I feel they should have more ways on how to call a server because it gets difficult to get out of the theater and call someone so they can take my order. But besides that I really love it is super comfortable and it’s nice, they have seat heater and tables which it makes the experience more enjoyable. Definitely going back for a second chance.

Upon my initial visit with a companion, I was impressed by the menu offerings and seating arrangements. However, subsequent experiences have been consistently disappointing, with a noticeable decline in menu quality. Furthermore, I encountered difficulties while attempting to order food due to system errors. To add to the issues, I did tripped over the cleaning supplies, which could have get me injured if i didn't catch my balance in time. which was the final negative experience.

We went to see Superman, we used voucher tickets that were supposed to be all inclusive, no extra fees, and the studio charged us an extra $3 per person yet we couldn't get an explanation as to why. Then we sit for our movie, we order food and none of the staff could figure out where the items were going. My baja rice bowl (excellent flavor) was passed around to about 4 people before finally being handed to me. I paid $6 extra for a tiny 2 sq inch piece of salmon- not worth that price. The food came within 20 mins of the movie starting but we also ordered drinks, drinks came 1.5 hrs after we were served food, towards the end of the movie. This happened to the entire theater & some ppl just canceled their drinks! And these weren't alcoholic drinks, just regular soda, water, etc. Also, there's no way to see the menu in the dark so you disturb ppl by turning your phone light on. There's no way to contact staff or to change items on the menu. They don't come back into the theatre and they charge you upfront so you can't add items to your order later on. They seemed to be stretched a little thin as the girl that sold us the tickets also took our food order later on. Alamo draft house and IPIC theaters have a much better system for utilizing this type of food service movie experience IMO.

I was very optimistic about visiting this location, especially since I played a part in helping build it. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there were no staff members at the front desk, and two employees simply walked past me without offering assistance. I had to walk around the lobby before anyone even stopped to ask where I was headed. After finally getting my ticket scanned, I entered the theater only to find the screen surprisingly small and the sound very low. I could even hear the action scenes from a different movie playing in a nearby theater. Throughout the movie, the volume remained so low that every personal conversation and comment from other guests was clearly audible. It was extremely disappointing, especially because we were there to see a major blockbuster. What should have been an exciting experience turned out to be completely underwhelming.

I had a great experience here. The theater seats were so comfortable. This is a nice place for weekend movie fun. Customer service was amazing and staff were friendly. We enjoyed our drinks too.
