Awesome place to chill and take the boat out. There’s a $5 per person charge at the gate and veterans are free w/ proof of ID. Plenty of security and it’s usually packed with people, although the 3 slips make it easy to get in /out of there usually pretty quickly considering how many boats are there. I’d say they just need to add some more toe down cleats on the boat ramp to help assist more people that don’t have multiple on board to help assist with loading and unloading the boat. Otherwise great place to get in the water.

Nice popular boat ramp. No docks, nothing fancy.. There is an area where you can tell there's been a lot of stealing and breaking into cars with all the glass on the ground. My daughter had an slip there and got a nasty cut on it. Hope they can put some security and maybe get some cleanup.

$5 to get into the boat ramp area. Convenient for getting onto your rental boat and has port a potties. ‼️Ticket warning for the parking spaces outside of the ramp: Cops wait outside of the boat ramp to give people tickets for accidentally driving the wrong way upon exiting the parking spaces where the ‘One Way’ sign is not even visible. I saw three cars get pulled over in a span of two minutes. One of the cops said “we’ve been giving citations out all day.” You would think they would focus more on putting up better signage instead of waiting to pull people over all day if that many people are going the wrong way. They are clearly doing this on purpose and care more about money than people’s safety.

Looking to kayak but the water current looked fast. There were also several boats using the dock. It was very busy.
