Took much longer than expected since I had an appt and arrived on time. But that was mainly due to all the (digital) paperwork I had to complete as I had not been seen by a medical professional here for quite some time. Counselor was kind and efficient; lab peeps also top-notch. Was in and out in about 1 hour for just STI testing. Not bad. Also, facility is quite nice, state-of-the-art, and seems to be run efficiently. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous traffic to get here from West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area, it would be an excellent primary care option for me.

This has to be one of the most organized doctors office I ever been to! I love the way they have everything set in place to make your appointments so easy! I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and I love it! They have so many great resources for everyone and so inclusive absolutely love it

Dr. Hall likes to take vacations at whim and abandon his patient case load. Medicine clearly was not the right path for him. This has happened twice within a one month period The office is incredibly unorganized. The call center is effectively useless. Messages sent are flagrantly ignored or unattended to. Medication refill needs have gone ignored. I’m about to run out of meds and have experienced nothing but placating from the call center, who offers to “send another message”.

I’m writing a review for the clinic. I’m not one to write bad reviews but really this clinic is one of the most disorganized clinics I’ve been to. First, it takes at least 30 min to even contact them to making an appointment. I’ve been seeing them 2x within the past year, and I’ve been billed incorrectly 3x. Yes three times. First appt was for a yearly physical and they had me pay $35 copay even though it’s under preventative care but they billed it as regular patient visit. Had to call billing to get it figured out. Second visit was with a nurse practitioner for a vaccine and yet again they had me pay $35 copay because they marked it as a doctor visit. Third time, they sent me a bill for the vaccine even though it’s supposed to be preventative and I never had to pay for vaccines at other clinics before. I had to call my insurance and have them figure it out. Truly a mess of a clinic even though everyone working there is nice.

Very helpful. Great pharmacy and access to many resources needed for the LGBTQIA+ community. (Their phone system/getting in touch with care teams is not great) but their services and facility and staff are awesome.
