I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. It was my first time visiting, and as soon as I walked in, they immediately asked to check my work bag which I thought meant just opening and checking it but you have too sit it up on the register . I felt uncomfortable and singled out, as this seemed unnecessary, and I couldn't help but feel like I was being racially profiled because i am black .After handing over my bag, there was no effort to engage with me as a customer. The employees just stood behind the register and didn't offer any help or assistance. Overall, I left feeling disrespected and unhappy with the service. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in how customers are treated. Pretty store though .
