This place exudes comforting hospitality! My mother & I are frequent thrifters & whenever we're jonsing for a thrift fix, this store is always on our top choices to go to. Lost & Found keeps a fresh inventory, so we always have new selections to pick from! I only took pictures of the front of the store so it doesn't do it justice. There is a huge shopping area in the back of the store.

Encountered one of the nastiest, rudest Black Ladys I have ever in my days!! Im assuming it was a Manager of some sort. Id called ahead and spoken with a guy, letting him know I had some clothes and shoes to donate, he said cool as long as I got there before 6 which I did. Got there at 5:55 on the nose. As I walked in this lady was standing there with a nasty disposition and face all balled up. Stating they were closed, I then looked at the guy standing behind the counter and said "Hey I literally just spoke with you" He then proceeds to look at the lady and says "She's here to donate" The lady then asks do I have a lot of items, I said somewhat, its clothes and shoes in my trunk. She rolls her eyes and huffs then states "I can put them on the floor" I said "I will take them somewhere else" Im not putting designer clothes with tags on NOBODYS nasty floor first off, then Im not pressed to donate and def wont to a place with such a nasty attitude. Y'all aren't doing me any favors!! I could sell the things I have to be honest, but I know my heart was in the right place trying to donate. I use to be a Manager at a shoe store, so all the shoes were new or worn once. She def ran away a MAJOR blessing!! Y'all need to tight up and wonder why nobody is eager to support "Black"

Like this place fine but some of the staff are really rude. Prices are meh but i shop here because of the cause they support. Also update your hours. Says “open until 7 updated by business 3 weeks ago” and they were very much not open when i walked in at 6:05.

Bought a microwave. Sticker said tested. When I got home, I realized the part that turns the plate was missing. I was rudely told ALL SALES FINAL when I purchased it. I've shopped their since they opened, used to be friendlier, nicer. Won't be going back, anyway their prices are so much higher than a charity thrift store should be. GREED!!!
