Rude staff, neglectful living conditions and zero hospitality. A member of my family has been consistently mistreated by staff, completely against any decent human morals. Telling a woman she should have overdosed is unacceptable given the severity of their circumstances. If I could have given zero stars I would have. My daughter is there and while I’m thankful for them allowing her a place. The food is horrible, she bit down on something metal in the food twice. The showers are molded and needs to be changed the washers do not work. I mean, if you’re gonna provide a place for homeless women to live, you should still care about what you feed them the conditions of the bathrooms and the washer should be working. I know they probably don’t care about none of that. But if you’re gonna help them don’t help and hurt them at the same time.

I am obviously not a women but when I'm not doing so well financially, this place hands out meals everyday at 11am and 6 and it serves a great purpose in the neighborhood. The staff are always positive and willing to help out.

I've never in my life been to any place like this . When I tell you these people care THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR TRAUMA I been here almost 2 years what shelter you know gone hold on to you for 2 years if they didn't care ???? This place has affected my life for the better. I have no complaints. Anybody with complaints are people who can't stay NO WHERE with family or a significant other because you can't tell them nothing 😭😭 I can't express the gratitude I have for these GOD SENT PEOPLE. I'm going to cry hard when I leave these people have become my family 😞😞 I couldn't thank them enough . They get donations and they actually give it to us unlike most shelters that just want the money !!!! If you get a chance to get in here DONT MESS IT UP , THIS COULD BE THE BEGINNING OF A GREAT HOPEFUL FUTURE AND THE END OF HOMELESSNESS ❤️❤️❤️ GOD BLESS
