DO NOT COME HERE. RUN. This is the first hate review I’ve ever written — and that should tell you everything you need to know. They charged me almost $200 for a set that looked terrible, then had the audacity to refuse to fix them properly. When I came back asking for them to at least be removed, they not only refused, but tried to charge me $25 more on top of it. The staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No refund. No accountability. There are plenty of nail salons in LA — don’t waste your money or your time here.

I wanted to like this place so badly because it’s so conveniently located and they have great hours, but the workers have racially profiled me each time I’ve gone and rudely ask me multiple times “how will you be paying?” throughout the service. Multiple workers there have treated me as if I were likely to walk out without paying. To make matters worse a lady applied the callus removal chemical to the webs of my feet and now I’m working to restore my skin’s texture there. TERRIBLE SERVICE, stay away.
