A higher end grocery store, this Lowes location does not disappoint! Yes the prices are a little higher, but the variety of food and other brands is nice. This is not our "regular" grocery store, but it is nice to be able to go here. The staff is friendly; the store is clean and well maintained.

Been coming to this Lowes for 5 years and love it. The staff members are excellent, the store is always clean, and the produce is always fresh. Today, I was looking for horseradish and Kourtney in the meat dept walked me straight to it over in the dairy section--I would have never found it so I really appreciated her time. Then went to the bakery to see if they by chance had any of the Cobblestone bread (if you know, you know). They didn't have any ready at the time, but Tammy told me about there being one on the clearance rack in the back of the store. Sure enough, there was one on the bottom shelf and it was still fresh and delicious for half off. Both of these nice experiences are what led me to want to leave a review today. Big ups to the Lowes Team here. Also to add, the Beer Den is a vibe. Whenever I stop by for a beer, it's very cool to see the friendships that have formed there and it's genuinely a nice place to stop and have a beer. They are constantly rotating taps and respect local breweries as well as big names. Jim and Lynn will take great care of you. Cheers to all.

This is the first time visiting The Beer Den at Lowes Foods. Lynn was excellent in customer service; she explained a different types of Beers and the weekly specials and invited us come back. I think this is going to be one good spot to enjoy after work. Definitely I recommend this place.

The newly renovated Lowes Foods is beautiful to walkthrough and well laid out. Unfortunately that is where the customer experience ends. I have lived by this store for almost 3 years and try to avoid shopping here as much as I can (shout out to the Harris Teeter at McCullers Walk). Everytime I need assistance (bakery, deli, fresh seafood) I will stand there for minutes while employees avoid eye contact and hope one of their coworkers will help me. The amount of people working and yet you can never find someone to help you always astounds me. For my latest visit, I had a coupon to try out their new sandwich section (in the past, they had pre made sandwiches but no ability to customize your sandwich- I still don't understand this) so I thought I'd give it a try. After waiting for several minutes to be helped, an employee who was there doing their personal shopping asked me if I needed assistance. After talking to the 6 (yes SIX) people working in the deli/hot foods/sushi area, none of them were qualified to make me a sandwich. I was floored. Apparently no one was "trained" on the new sandwich station so while they could "figure out" how to make me a sandwich (all the ingredients were right there) they didn't know how I could pay for it. Sadly, this is only the tip of the iceburg of the incompetency I have experienced here. My suggestion- shop at the local Food Lion or Harris Teeter until the Publix opens across the street. I'm currently taking bets on how long the Publix single-handedly puts this Lowes Foods out of business. I can't wait for my grocery shopping to be a pleasure.
