Our party of 4 was blown away by last night’s Cocoliche Spanish/Italian fusion dinner. Such delicious flavors, beautiful plating and lots of fun. The only negative was our disagreement on our favorite bite of the night: the Serrano ham, cheese and black truffle panini, or the patatas bravas with an amazing romesco sauce, or the pasta bolognese with spicy sausage and a sophisticated harissa sauce, or the dessert of basque cheesecake with rhubarb and fresh basil - - not to mention the pre-dessert (yes dessert is preceded by pre-dessert at Luca) of house made chocolate and banana swirl gelato or the seafood risotto paella. Chef’s kiss! Special thanks to the Luca team for accommodating one of our guest’s dietary needs even with this special pre-set menu.

March 2025 Three words: burrata-stuffed chicken parmesan! My final meal of my trip to Colorado was a year in the making! I had seen a dish on Luca's Restaurant Week menu last year, but wasn't able to get a reservation. Luckily this year, my friend was able to make it happen on my last night in town. However, the problem with Restaurant Week is that you get three amazing courses, so by the time my main came, I was as stuffed as the chicken parm! I started with the shaved Brussel sprouts Caesar salad, which was delicious (and I'm not a huge Brussels fan!) My real undoing was the gnocchetti, which was rich and flavorful, but a full meal on its own. My burrata-stuffed chicken parm was incredible, but I could only eat about half before I needed a box. Adding to the good food was the excellent service. I loved that our server would just go along with whatever bit we were doing when she came to the table. Definitely want to visit this one again!

I was with a group of 4 girls and we had a reservation for Luca on a Tuesday night. We sat on the patio, which had nice decorative touches, but note that it does overlook a parking lot... It was a nice atmosphere, but there are other patios in the area with better vibes. We split an appetizer and each ordered an entree, and were also pleasantly surprised with a few light bites on the house. The entree was large enough to take home leftovers, and all of us really enjoyed the quality of our meals. From ordering to receiving drinks to getting the check, service was slower than I would have preferred. I will be back, but will also likely make an earlier reservation and be prepared for a much longer meal.
