I came there today 5/30/202025 and played Dragon Link video game. I played the same machine the whole time I’ve been there. I got change from representative. She came out of the office seen me playing that machine as she collected money from other machines went back into the office. I won $150.00 pushed ticket went to customer service desk . The young lady in the office refused to pay me what I won saying my ticket is voided . Saying anything over $100.00 must be verified. I asked verified by who? I said since when she said for some time. I said No it hasn’t because I come here from time to time. I’m very displeased I have been there and Played several months ago. I was never informed of that before. I’ve cashed out money before no problem. I feel like I was robbed today.

I went there yesterday 7/15/25 and hit a ticket at 7:40 pm on standup machine and i was not paid my ticket they voided it and refused to pay me very unprofessional place and is insane to hit for X amount of money and not get paid but u invest ur money in the machines i dont recommed anybody playing at this location in raliegh off of new bern ave in towers shopping center

Very clean establishment. I've been there a few times and the staff is very friendly. I can see myself coming often to enjoy myself and relax and I see people winning all the time when they play here. 100/10 would recommend you come and bring your friends the social scene here is outstanding! They have all my favorite games and some Ive never played before. You can't call yourself a winner until you've played here!
