I was worried I might be taking up too much of her time, but she never made me feel rushed—in fact, she seemed more than happy to assist. She helped me try on 4–5 different pairs of shoes until I found the perfect fit. They even measured my feet using a specialized scale to determine the type of shoe that best suits my needs, and Lynn offered really helpful insight into my foot structure. Toward the end, she gave me great advice about running as a beginner, which I truly appreciated. Her warmth and friendliness made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend—you won’t regret it!

Amazing experience! Came in with my mother for some walking shoes for her Mother’s Day gift, great service. Unfortunately the shoe she chose started giving her issues over a month later. Spoke to a rep on the phone who advised me to bring them in to see what they could do. Hannah greeted us, we explained our issue, and she was able to help us right away. She explained that although this purchase was over their 30 day return policy, it was a special situation and so they would be happy to provide us with an exchange. Through the entire shopping experience she was very kind. I will be recommending my friends and family to this store.
