I held my wedding reception here back in August 2019 and while looking through my video footage, now 3 years later, I realized that I never left a review. I had to rush over and do so because the staff was absolutely incredible, and I still sing their praises to this day. We planned everything ourselves, so as you would expect, we were very stressed, but LUME (who at the time was 393, so I'm not sure if the same employees are still there) made everything so easy for us. The most important part was how KIND everyone was. From management, the security they hired for us, to our own caterers we brought in — all were an absolute delight to work and interact with and they got along so well with one another. Our reception was truly the highlight of our whole wedding week. The doorman they hired was the cutest and sweetest guy ever. I'm so thankful to you guys and will surely make up an excuse to throw a party so we can come back!
