This place is terrible. It might have once been a beautiful park with a view of Downtown, but now it's just a haven for the homeless and drug addicts. My friend and I ended up here by mistake after seeing on the map that it was a large green park with a pond. We felt genuinely scared, with many strange people around. We had to call a taxi to get away from this place. I strongly advise against visiting this park.
