I just bought this bike a week ago. Yesterday, when I rode it for the first time, it made a strange noise. I'm sure I installed it correctly. The noise came from this gasket, which I hadn't even touched. I called customer service, and they told me to take the bike to a local shop for repairs. There was no guarantee it would be free. Besides, my time is valuable. I earn money every day. I can't afford to go through all this trouble just to make an appointment, spend a day, and still not be sure the repair will be free. I asked to return it, but they said they would charge a restocking fee. This is completely unfair to me. If you don't have a comprehensive after-sales and return service, I sincerely recommend you don't sell bikes online.

I needed lake cycling shoes but did not want to wait for them in the mail i called Mack and over the phone confirmed they had the wide fitting shoes i needed. I swung by in the afternoon tired on a few different sizes and other cycling shoes and was on my way. No hassle, no headache, just top notch customer service and an extensive selection of high quality products.

First of all, amazing bike shop. Great selection at various price points, and experience levels. Nathan was great , he made me feel welcome and appreciated. Never felt a forced up sell or anything like that. Richardo was exceptional as well, both had outstanding product knowledge. You can tell they love bikes. Georgia was very kind as well, and she helped facilitate the sale. Did I mention they also offer financing? Anyhow big shot out to the team at mack cycle, you all got my birthday off to great start.
