Just ask around - most of the people have been going for years. Also, the cleanliness of the gym is 10/10 - which is so rare. The trainers/coaches are knowledgeable and attentive the entire class. Encouraging you to push yourself a little harder, making necessary adjustments or modifications, and making the environment a little more fun to distract you from your heavy breathing, lol.
