Madame Lou's is an intimate, smaller capacity venue of the same building as the Croc. entrance slightly west, down the hill. Unsure of accessible entrance location as 20 or so steep steps upon entering with handrail. Killer vibe with several large booth seating areas both close and far from the stage in 21+ section. Of which the bar is well stocked and has great service and drinks alike. *All ages area closest to the low set stage* Niche decor, rich with history. Plus clean, nice bathrooms too. Really, for being a small basement venue, it was surprisingly airy and open while being well maintained. Great experience, nice sound, friendly staff and bouncers (they even had doggy treats for local pups who walk by!). Will be coming back for more shows! Great first impression and LOVED being so close to the band.

Nice venue. Huge bar. Only thing, please be aware there are stairs to enter and can be dangerous if you have been drinking or not paying attention. It also can get crowded quickly on the floor during concerts and performances.

Went and saw a MISSIO concert at this venue. Several other events were happening at the same time within the building, but all staff members were very aware of this and directed me immediately to the correct entrance. I was warned ahead of time that the event would be pushed back by thirty minutes. Security did great with situations. This experience was unforgettable, thank you to Madame Lou's hosting.

Neat little venue to listen to live music! We have seen Suzzallo and Samantha Crain here and both times it was nice. If you don't show up early be prepared to stand.

Haven't been since the revamp and liked the ambience. Especially since it wasn't too jam-packed for the show I went to see. Great acoustics,which sometimes plagues some of the smaller live venues. Other than trying to find the right spot since they have multiple stages, overall enjoyed the space and the chill crowd & Fana Hues show! 😌
