My experience was not the greatest. The staff member there on the day i went was explaining everything half ass. Did not greet us or ask if it was our first time there. On top of purchasing the ceramic you choose to paint (which are pretty pricey for small ones) you also have to pay a $10 fee per hour for every painting. However the lady that was there towards the end only charged me $5 for both. Not sure if the other person didn't explain himself correctly or if he was just trying to rip me off. In any case I would never come back to this place.

Great local paint-your-own-ceramics studio in Cambridge. Staff are very kind and helpful and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here with small groups. You actually feel like you WANT to paint many of the options they have--both functional and nice-looking, like brimmed dinner plates, lemon juicers, spoon rests, salad bowls, etc.

I booked the party space for my birthday, it was wonderful! The attendant, Megan, was absolutely great, so friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet. She gave us tips, checked in regularly, and was so patient. They have an amazing selection to choose from and it's so easy and so much fun. Would highly recommend this for a party, or just an afternoon activity 👩🎨

Love this place! I've come here to paint three times now and the staff is always very helpful. There's a great selection of items to choose from and you can stay for as long as you like (they charge for the item and then $4 for every half hour you paint, but I've found they round down). Makes an amazing gift for a friend or a fun date night, but remember someone needs to come back to pick up the pottery after it's glazed!

SHAME ON YOU. I works recommend people stay away from this store. They treat customers terribly. Unusually I love my visits to the area, and come often, but they made me feel unwanted. This place is a shining example of how not to conduct business. Shame shame shame on you!!
