I actually went to Madison Beach, but I'll leave a review on the park too. And the water was pretty nice, a bit cold but not to cold. They have restrooms as well as a bath house I didn't go to. They have lifegaurds there. But the park is pretty big and had plenty on places to go. Climbing, swings, slides, spinny things. In walking distance in food places.

Metal Swing-N-Slide play-set, plastics swings, at least 3 Bugaloo Playgrounds, and some other creative plays. Some cafeterias across the street, Bank of America and Wells Fargo are a little further across the street. There are two tennis fields where you can play. Parking here is easy.
