Superb service and value - 10/10. I had batteries replaced on 5 watches at Manhattan Time Service. Thomas did an excellent job. Not only did he replace the batteries, he checked all the watches for both accuracy and water resistance. Their prices are very reasonable (much cheaper than Torneau) and the turnaround time was fast. This is a family owned business and the service and attention they give reflects that. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Time Service. Tom immediately knew the fix to my Omega hour hand issue (after others got it wrong) got the hard to get parts and was great with communication. Passionate watchmaker and fun to talk to. He also added on a strap I dropped off. I recommend!

Did a really nice job engraving a complicated design on a small part of the watch. But not great at communication. Didn’t respond to emails, didn’t answer the phone. My anxiety was at an all time high when I tried to call 3 different times to see if it was ready to pick up… with no answer. I finally just showed up and it was ready, and did look great! If they would have responded to emails or answered phone calls this experience would have been much better. But again I am happy with the end result!

Absolutely incredible experience. I happened to be in the city and needed my band fixed on my submariner. I found these guys through Google and just happened to be Two blocks away. I walked in the door, my watched was fixed and given a quick clean up. I was in and out in Under 10 mins and he didn’t charge me a dime. All he asked was that I share an “honest review”. I will definitely be back for my extensive service.
