TLDR: I will be back again. Came upon this truck crawling around 6th st. Didn't think much of this place until it caught my olfactory senses and then I realized how hungry I was. The beef friend rice put me in my place before i even touched it. Before I took that first bite I had so many emotions. I was hungry and angry, empty and sad, lost and confused. That all changed after I accepted my fate and dove head first into their wok fried rice. It had peas, carrots, protein, carbs, fats/oils... everything I could ever wanted in that moment. And in that moment... nothing mattered... except that beef fried rice. My religion? I pray to beef fried rice. My politics? I vote for beef fried rice. In the end, there was nothing. I was gently brought back to earth, satisfied and fulfilled. There was no grain or pea left and it was good. Amen.
