This is the second time I have placed a mobile order at this restaurant and went to pick it up and they’re closed for cleaning in the middle of the day. And they have no problem taking my money and then saying oh well we can’t give you your food and we can’t give you a refund right away. It takes seven days to get back money for food, I wasn’t even given? And if you know that you will be closed for cleaning, why are you allowing for mobile order to be placed. Staff Couldn’t care less if they tried

The most efficient, polite, and customer service friendliest MCD I've ever been to. I ordered the steak cheese bagel, looked just like the pics, and cooked just right. I wish they could move around the corner from me, I would visit more often.

The 2 female managers at this place are garbage. I have never seen such rude ignorant behavior. I placed an order through the app. I waited 20 minutes for it. Then I get home and only half of the order was there. I thought well I will just call and get a refund for what I didn’t get, but you can’t do that at this McDonald’s because they don’t answer their phone. So I drove all the way back waited in line another 10 minutes and the manager didn’t even understand what I wanted she couldn’t comprehend English and I’m not saying that She wasn’t an American or didn’t speak English she just couldn’t comprehend life in general. Finally I explained to her very slowly what I wanted. So they told me to pull around I waited another 15 minutes. I went in finally after I waited outside because I knew they were Never coming out. She then asked me if I wanted a refund so I assumed she was giving me my food and a refund. But no she just wanted to give me a refund so they wouldn’t have to make the food. I’m not sure why these people make anything an hour because they are complete trash. All I wanted was the correct order and not to drive home without it and to make things even better she told me it was my own fault for not checking my order when I left because it’s my food and it’s my responsibility. There’s definitely a place for people like her and she will certainly be working at McDonald’s her whole life because she’s not worth anything more than that. Do not go here they’ll steal from you like they stole from me.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 30 years, coming in almost daily. Most of the staff, including James and Lupita, are always polite and professional. Unfortunately, one manager, Cora, is consistently rude and makes my visits unpleasant. Every time she’s working, she goes out of her way to harass me. Most recently, I ordered a drink through the drive-thru, parked, went inside to buy food, and refilled my soda while waiting. She refused to hand me my bag, stared at my cup, and then told me drive-thru customers aren’t allowed refills. In 30 years of visiting, I’ve never heard of that rule. This isn’t the first problem. She once personally asked me for $40, which I gave her out of kindness, and ever since then she’s treated me with hostility. I’ve even filed several complaints (at least four over the last two years). After each one she pretends to be pleasant for a short time, then goes right back to the same behavior. It’s gotten to the point where I avoid the store if I see her car outside. No customer should feel that unwelcome, especially someone who has supported this location for decades. Corporate really needs to step in and address this manager before more loyal customers are driven away.

I had two orders the first order I had a medium fry and a water the second one was the same thing but with two waters .They didn’t give me a receipt for the first order and they also forgot my fries for the first order and the water, then they asked me to come to a different window and only gave me a small fry instead of a medium like I order and then they still charged me for a medium.
