This is a nice park. The only different thing than most parks is that there is a $1 entrance fee. You go into the rec center to the front desk to pay and then you walk through the rec center to get into the park. Another different thing that's nice, is that there's a shaded viewing area for parents or others to relax and watch without being in the hot sun. Or to just cool down when it's too hot to keep sessioning outside. The cement seems pretty smooth, not slick, and the cracks are not too bad. There are a lot of different stair sets and hips and some good lines you can use to flow around the park. I also like that they have a weapons locker box where I can put my guns when I come. Only in Arizona! And maybe Texas.

Nice street sections here. Stair sets, rails, hubbas, ledges, and banks. Bowl was nice and fun to ride. Nice transition, and pretty fast.

Great skate park for North Scottsdale. There's a full swimming pool style bowl on one end, covered tables on the other end. Lots of stairs and a couple step ups. It could use a couple intermediate/beginner features, the bowl is very deep and steep from even the shallow end. Learning to drop in on that thing would be pretty challenging. Awesome desert landscape around the park, I just wish the kids wouldn't toss garbage all over and appreciate the space.

Nice street skatepark that is kept up in good condition. I personally just would’ve preferred at least 1 quarter pipe.
