Kevin did my gel-X manicure and I love it. He was very attentive to detail and gave me the exact end result i wanted which was coffin nails with a milky blush color. I also got a really nice spa pedicure but I forgot the nail tech’s name. Everyone here does a really great job!!

The salon is nice, very clean great people. However, I did not like the fact that no one informed me that they did not accept card payments. I was very disappointed. Imagine if all I had was my card. The cash I spent was for something else. Very great service, however I will not be going back there because they do not accept cards! ALSO! When u Zelle, they charge a 5%fee. So my bill Was $73 and because of 5% I had to pay $77. That turned me off. This is the first nail salon that has charged a fee for Zelle that I have encountered. Not happy at all. I would’ve left a tip, But they had me at an inconvenience when they said only cash no card. And Then the fee made it even worse! Overall, good service. On top of that! Online it says that they accept Card payments but when I went! THEY DID NOT ACCEPT CARD. So if u only have card, don’t go there.

My nails have gotten longer, stronger, and always look tip top after a trip to Mega. The staff is always prepared, wait times are never long, they are patient with the process and work with you every step of the way to ensure you leave with a good result. The introduction of the membership program is also great as I get $5 discounts quite frequently based on their point system, which they honor every time. It’s a solid NYC salon and busy is a good indicator , I would recommend Mega Nails 10/10 times

Have been coming here for years, and this salon has no regard for loyalty. Came in here to have my nail extensions removed. One person quoted me $30, other $20, especially when on their rate card it’s $10. Absolute joke of a salon, this is my third experience of them treating me with no respect. Last two times I let it go bc the nails they do, and their work is nice. But if you expect loyalty and kindness, go elsewhere.
