Honestly I have been meaning to leave a review! I just want to say I loveeeeee Mary Elizabeth she is so warming and welcoming and her classes are amazing! She is such a bright light and makes my day every time I see her! this place is far for me but I make the effort of going because seeing everyone there not only helped my physical health but my mental health! Not to mention I now have abs!! This is definitely Pilates on steroids but it’s lagree! And it’s way better than normal Pilates best workout ever! I love this place and Alicia is amazing too. My two favorite girls. I have only been a member for a year I believe but my physique and mental health have improved significantly.
