They charged me $80 twice for one month of service. I called them, informed them of the error and that in taking the second $80, they had taken the last of my money. They told me they'd refund me in 48 hours at most, but it usually processes in within 24 hours. They didn't start processing until 2 days later, and I won't get the refund I need to feed myself for another 2 days, after my paycheck drops and when the refund won't be helpful to me. I needed my money IMMEDIATELY and am STARVING. Greedy, capitalist scum that don't care about anything but getting more money for themselves - like most businesses. It's disgusting
