So, took a class just for fun, I thought It would be a one time thing, just wanted to know how it was... turns out I am now hooked. Hazael is an amazing instructor, dedicated and really cares about student's progress. This is the place to learn. A safe and welcoming environment, everyone is supportive and understands the journey of learning how to dance, here nobody will judge you, I felt so commfortable since minute 1. Marylin and Guillermo the Bachata instructors will transform your life. Gerard the Casino instructor will sure make you laugh and you will catch yourself enjoying dancing with a huge smile in no time. Joe Martin will get you LOOKING GOOD on the dance floor to any salsa song. I will forever be grateful for what I am learning, Salsa, Bachata, and Timba/Casino. The classes are super engaging and always, always, always fun! Whether you are in town for a few days or looking for regular classes, come check out this studio. There are specialty classes on weekends too, bachata and salsa tyling classes for ladies/follows, Samba, Tango... and so much more... I cant believe you are still reading this. I wish I could give this dance studio 10 stars! ⭐️ I started taking classes here just for fun and to take my mind off things, and WOW—it’s been life-changing. In just three months, my dance skills have improved dramatically, but what I’ve gained goes far beyond that. My mental health has improved significantly during a challenging time, my self-esteem is better than ever, and I feel happier and more excited about life. I now look forward to every Monday and Wednesday like never before. Even though I take a group class, the teachers take the time to analyze each student’s dance skills, correcting and perfecting techniques with personalized guidance that makes all the difference. What really sets this studio apart is the incredible sense of community. The friendships I’ve made are unlike any other, and you can truly feel how much the owner, manager, and teachers care about what they do. Two weeks before my wedding - I called Hazael in a panic. I am a white boy and my now wife is Cuban. She is an incredible dancer and I absolutely dread dancing. I have two left feet. In two weeks, Hazael got me to a place where I was the most comfortable I have ever been in my life on the dance floor. He taught me how to dance to top 40 music, salsa, bad bunny, and our wedding dance. He was the Will Smith to my Kevin James in Hitch. He was patient, kind, hilarious, and made the whole process somehow fun for me. He got me comfortable being uncomfortable. I will be forever grateful to this man. He took so much stress off of me for my wedding and gave me confidence on the dance floor. Something I have never had before. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced - do not hesitate to come to this studio. If you need private lessons, I cannot recommend Hazael enough. Could not have asked for a better instructor or person. 10/10.

Lead instructor Hazael, along with salsa/bachata instructors Marilyn and Guillermo, and casino de rueda instructor Alejo, are all dedicated, engaging, and helpful teachers of dance. The studio is not only a place to learn how to dance different styles of salsa and bachata, but to let loose, release stress, and make friends. The work of the Miami Baila team (and students) to build a community beyond just the classes is what really stands out in this studio - along with the incredible attention to detail in each of the classes.
