Fantastic classes & the best coaches. My husband and I joined Miami Beach Fit camp about a month ago and we are kicking ourselves for not trying the classes sooner. The coaches are AWESOME! They encourage you the whole way, provide great explanations the whole class. Every class and workout is different and always presents new challenges for the day. We especially love Coach Sarah and Coach Kristen as we go in the morning but the coaches in the evening are just as great. The group is welcoming and friendly which is refreshing. The coaches give you modifications to make an exercise more challenging and also give "easier" modifications so that everyone in the class is included especially if you have an injury or are new to working out. NO matter your age or level of fitness come join the classes. There is nothing more beautiful than waking up in the morning and exercising looking out at the ocean.

I was visiting Miami for the holiday and wanted to find an early morning class on the beach. Luckily this was a few steps from my hotel. The class was sweat inducing but easy enough to take on the rest of the day if you're not usually active. Many of the attendees are locals, but the setup makes you feel a part of the community as soon as you arrive even if you are new. Definitely worth the $20 and would attend again, and bonus, as someone from NYC, it was a nice change that I actually left knowing many names of other attendees and coaches.
