Review for Miamitours.com – 1 out of 5 (really 0/5) 🛡️ “An adventure even a goblin would refund.” ⸻ It was supposed to be a legendary tour through the dazzling realms of Miami. What we got instead? A cursed quest full of mechanical misfires, shady merchants, and a final act with no return. 🛠️ Completely busted. We had to make two emergency stops because the bus broke down – not once, but twice. Each time, we had to wait for a technician to show up, as if our tour had stumbled into the realm of cursed transportation. ☕ Coffee tour from the Abyss Instead of sights and wonder, we were dragged into a high-pressure sales trap: overpriced cigars pushed on us like enchanted loot, and cocktails sold like they had healing powers – spoiler: they didn’t. 🚫 Final boss: bugged And the grand finale? The bus didn’t just arrive late… it didn’t arrive at all. No return transport. No explanation. No honor. Just a bunch of stranded adventurers wondering what kind of tavern tale this would turn into. ⚔️ Conclusion: This tour was like a dungeon with no treasure, only traps. The competition? Probably real travel wizards, not illusionists with a broken cart. Booking with Miamitours was a critical fail. ⸻ 🎲 Roll for Insight (DC 5): Book elsewhere. Seriously. 👎 Not recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful time!! Miguel & Fidel were great. Miguel was very good at making sure everyone saw what he was pointing out. OMG Fidel is an amazing driver! Tour was in English & Spanish. Free expresso in Little Havana was good. Boat part of tour was fun. I recommend this tour. I don't think you can beat it! Truly great buy!!

Beware. This tour was the worst thing we have ever done! DO NOT buy. We bought all 3 and were supposed to do Everglades at 9. That was fine and then be back at 1:30 and get on 2:00 bus tour. They said it was full come back in an hour and 40 mins. They wouldn’t refund so we went back after I assume manager was rude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about I wasn’t ever on the 2:00 bus and when booked it states an hour and half lunch in between. We then go to get on the 3:00. It’s full so they put us on one at 3:40… and it’s full too. They literally have people standing up top trying to fit on. We got little Havana cut short. The driver doesn’t even tell us where to go and we are all lost and then screams and hollers for us all to tip. Get in the boat it’s over crowded and bathroom is a mess with nothing to dry hands with. Sad because we used to love doing this tour but this was terrible. Worst experience I have ever had on vacation . Manager had an attitude the entire time and have no clue how he works with people. Also, organization is key to this. Picture below or how several people didn’t have a seat nor did I have one. (And no there were no seats downstairs). Then the manager tells me that the website states we take an hour and half lunch. Well it says optional and he sold our tickets we had already paid for just to sale more . We ended up having to wait a little over 2 hours. Never again . Manager basically said I was a liar multiple times about my 2:00 spot.

A great way to see Miami, especially for first-time visitors like us! I went with my wife and son during our first USA trip. The tour took us through major highlights like South Beach, Downtown, Wynwood, and Little Havana, with fantastic views from the open top. The guide was informative and kept things lively throughout. However, we faced heavy rains during part of the ride, which made it a bit uncomfortable—especially on the upper deck where there’s no cover. Also, the summer heat was intense when it wasn’t raining. Still, the overall experience was worth it. A good way to get a feel for the city in a short time. Recommended, especially if the weather’s on your side!

I too was scheduled for the 1 oclock tour on the double decker bus today. Yes there was an accident and the bus was late. Stuff happenes. While they did offer ponchos for 5 dollars cvs across the street sold them for even more. The staff in my opinon was very friendly. I would say that the attitude you feed out into the world will be reciprocated to you. The bus driver was great and the tour guide was amazing as well.

Miami Double Decker distinguishes itself mainly through its open-top double-decker bus combined with boat tour packages, giving groups a twofold perspective of Miami’s diverse environments—urban streets and coastal waters. This dual experience is relatively rare, offering more comprehensive sightseeing in one accessible format. Unlike typical bus-only tours, the inclusion of a boat ride adds a refreshing dynamic and variety, appealing especially to groups looking to balance city exploration with a relaxing water excursion.
The hop-on hop-off structure also gives unmatched freedom for groups to create their own itinerary rather than being locked into a rigid schedule, which is particularly advantageous when traveling with diverse or larger groups. Many other tours have fixed durations and routes, limiting spontaneous discovery. Miami Double Decker adapts to group energy and interest levels, prioritizing comfort and social interaction on its spacious upper deck.
Its central accessibility near key Miami tourist hubs also enhances its appeal. Visitors don’t need to navigate complicated transport systems to join the tour, which is a significant convenience for families or friends unfamiliar with the city. Lastly, the range of ticket options including combined boat tours, millionaire mansion cruises, and night tours provides multiple ways to personalize the experience, giving this business a distinct competitive edge in the Miami tour market.
Miami Double Decker delivers a social and flexible way to explore Miami with friends or family, blending cultural immersion, sightseeing, and ocean breeze relaxation into one memorable group experience.
