Specifically noting the customer service of Trish when I give this store a 5 star review. She took such care in explaining how I can do a proper border for my curtains (no sewing experience and needed to learn best approach). She talked through measurements/ materials and guided me on how to use color matching to try out different combos. I am so grateful for her advice, thoroughness and expertise!

I broke an old frame from Pottery Barn and needed specific glass. Adrian was SO helpful, cut it in just a few minute and restored my priceless framed photos. He and Wyatt are super friendly and welcoming. Very good experience!!!

Craft stores are always the best! When something is on sale, it’s a good price; if not, defffffinitely overpriced, but still happy to have it as an option! Do wish their restrooms were always open during all business hours, but oh well. Good hours, always kept clean 🎨

Probably the worst Michael's I've been in.... Their selection sucks unless its for a holiday, especially their lack of fabrics! I also went to purchase and item and who I presume was a manager because she had a radio, wouldn't honor an old tag that was literally put on top of the item I was buying, like literally tucked into the band of the security band! But I digress, again, awful store, staff doesn't follow policy and id rather drive an additional 20 mins to go to a hobby lobby!
