Needs personalized check out service. Self checkout is not for all and more floor staff as well. I was a new first time customer and since Joann's Is no longer PATHETIC that was the best store around for crafts fabrics and more MICHAEL'S has been around forever do not make it be your last like all the other stores going out of business and we can Blame this all on that Orange Stain trump for this. I won't be back unless management makes improvements. Dollar Tree is my go to store.
