As someone not from Portland, I think this concept is so cool. It's awesome to have so many permanent gathering spots for food "carts" (or I guess food trucks as they're known where I'm from and.. I think most places 😅). It's a rather clean and fancy looking place to eat at an okay price without the slightly more lengthy stay and upscaleness needed when going to a sit-down restaurant. My food wasn't bad - maybe I would've preferred something different but I was trying something new and it seemed like it was made as it was supposed to be. In general there are so many options here everyone is bound to find something they love.

The beer cart has full bar service and the stage make this a great space to meet with friends where everyone can get something yummy, vegan, celiac and halal friends included.
