When I finally received the package, one of comics was missing, replaced with a completely different one that I did not order. I immediately emailed their customer service to request a refund or for the comic I actually ordered to be shipped to me. A customer service agent replied and acknowledged that one of the items I ordered was not shipped to me, but offered only to give me store credit or to add a replacement item to my next order. Refusing to provide a refund for an item that was not provided but charged for is illegal and fraudulent. Do not order from here unless you wish to have your money stolen from you.
