I've had the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered both my kids cleats for the football season this year. I was informed a few days after I placed the order that one of them was unavailable and so I got a refund. The other ones. However, I received a shipping tracking number but the item never shipped. So I emailed a week later asking when they will be shipped and they told me they were already shipped and then 3 days later I got an email saying that they were actually unavailable and I would not be receiving them and offered me a refund or a different color. I requested a refund and then I didn't hear from them for almost a week. I emailed them two or three more times asking if I was confirmed to get a refund and then when they finally did email me back about a week later, I was told that I am not eligible for a refund and they argued with me about it a few times until I sent them a screenshot of the original email stating that I was offered a refund. A manager will be reaching out to me on Monday but after 3 weeks and having no cleats and not getting all my money back, I'm pretty upset and will never be using this company. The lack of communication not looking at previous conversations and honestly just being rude for customer service is not a good look for this company.

I was looking for the University Red Nike Tech Hoodie that Nike had outfitted the Ohio State football team journey towards the College Football Playoff final. Nike does not sell this specific color in their retail or online store. Nike only sells the Light Heather University Red color. I searched high and low for this exact color and style and was happy when I found it through Midway Sports. I was sceptical at first after seeing so many negative reviews against Midway Sports but I decided to risk it and bought it with my credit card just in case I have to do a chargeback. Shipping was quick and delivered the hoodie as described. Although customer service could be improved as emails were not returned. Otherwise, I was happy with the purchase!
