Chef Paul is amazing. I went to his Vegan Italian cooking course and will definitely be going back! He teaches you the *reason* for cooking, not just the *act* of cooking, a good meal. His personally crafted recipes were absolutely delicious plus super healthy - and feasible to make at home - you can't beat that! Chef Paul is warm and welcoming, funny, and shared personal stories to showcase his passion for cooking vegan foods for good health.

Not really sure what to make of our team building activity at this cooking school. We had an overall nice time, but I would not define “cooking” what we were asked to do. Chopping apples and kale for a salad, piling already-cut veggies and salmon fillet on a parchment paper, straight to the oven. Finally, placing berries and basil in a churner for a sorbet. The place looked crammed and got quickly too loud.
