Max was helpful, ended buying a bike from here and could not be happier with the bike. Only thing that was missed were a few questions that would have saved me a visit. Had to come back for a helmet and some water bottles and to schedule a bike fitting. Other than those few things missed I had a wonderful experience. The food trucks are a great addition to the bike shop.

This was my first experience at Full Cycle for a bike fit and performance service, and it exceeded all my expectations. Jaime was my service specialist, and she was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she made sure every detail was handled with care — ensuring my bike fit me perfectly, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise, and providing incredible support throughout the process. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine dedication made the entire experience exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, and I will be recommending Jaime to everyone I know in the cycling community. She’s simply the best!

Best bike shop! Great service, great bikes plus a cafe with a bar and coffee. I usually do my own bike maintenance, but needed a firmware update on an e-bike, and for the brakes to be checked out. They did the update, checked out the system, and flushed the brakes for a very reasonable price. Less than I expected. I appreciate that they didn’t replace the disc brake pads, even though I wouldn’t have complained if they had. They only serviced what was necessary. Highly recommended!
