5 stars! I wandered in there not really knowing what I want. Staff were super nice and helpful, not annoyed with my indecision. Got a pb milkshake that was delicious. I ate it so fast I couldn't take a picture, but I did snap some photos of the adorable cakes in the display case. I definitely want to come back and get one for my next celebration. This place gave me exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Will definitely return.

To be honest based on my experience (canceled large cupcake order at the last minute) and the other reviews either the owners need to completely overhaul how they do things or they simply need to cut their losses and move on. The business ethics are lacking and the quality is not worth it for the price. If you want a good shake or some great cupcakes I'd go anywhere else. This place is not worth even $1

I was so excited to find cupcakes on Uber ears after a long day of travel to Denver. My first impression was the flavor limitations (4of each) seemed strange. We can’t order a dozen of the same flavor? Not even a half dozen. We ended up ordering a half dozen of all different flavors. They arrived and they were beautiful! As aesthetically pleasing as they were, there were some drawbacks. First, they’re just regular sized cupcakes, not the large size, which for the price doesn’t make a lot of sense. The frosting amount was easily twice the amount of cake which pretty well drowned out the cake flavor. The biggest issue was how crumbly they were. I know Denver is high altitude and that affects baking but if you’re charging as much as they are, you should have that figured out. We had to eat them over the trash can in our hotel room as not to make a huge mess for housekeeping. I’ve personally never had such crumbly cakes. If not the altitude, maybe they were just old and had sat around all day. I don’t know but the crumble mess was incredible. The flavor selection was great, even though it was limited. We ordered Caramel Turtle, PB cup, Carrot cake, Birthday cake, Red Velvet and French Toast. Each was delicious even though a good portion was lost to the crumbles falling into the garbage. This could definitely be a 5-star reviewed business with a little tweaking of their recipe and perhaps less strict ordering requirements.
