Probably most useless employee I’ve ever spoken to on the phone I literally asked him if you have pens you know those things you use to write and he goes uhh a what ? and I’m like a pen that you write with and then goes oh no we don’t have any but I’m literally looking at their photos that people have taken and u see pens in the photo hanging on display like 😆 I don’t know how more dumb you can be. I think I’d rather not go here anyway considering everyone says the prices are really high.

Horrible service. Tell your employees to get off of the phone when customers have their orders on the counter. I encourage everyone to go somewhere else to spend your money.

This little corner store and the owner Luis is so wonderful and friendly. We were visiting Phoenix from Vancouver, Canada and staying at Sonder McKinley for a week. They are located 1 block behind our building. It's awesome with everything you need from groceries, snacks and alcohol. Luis makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for all your needs. Thanks for your hospitality! We look forward to seeing you again soon. Cheers from Helen and Nancy

Nice convenient store, especially for those who live nearby. The store is small with about 2-3 aisles. I saw a pretty huge snack selection and they also have water, etc. Decently neat inside and not too busy even on the weekends. Outside there's parallel parking available and accessible ramps/sidewalks.
