I had a great experience at this ice cream shop! The prices are very reasonable, and the taste is absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had in a while. The area outside is also really pleasant, making it a nice place to take a walk and enjoy your treat. Inside, the shop is a bit small, but it’s clean and nicely set up. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet!

This was my first time at Milk Lab. I got the Choco Factory. It was good but not what I expected. The ice is flattened and then folded, so it has more of an ice taste. It's not real creamy. So you have around 6 to 8 rolls in a cup, and the toppings are added. Mine had chocolate chips, and if you like cold hard chocolate chips, then this is for you. If not, then you may want to try something else. I think if I return, i will get one of the drinks. It was around $9. I also have a peanut allergy, so I was told they would have to unthaw the slab and then make mine. I told them that as long as the person before me didn't have peanut butter , it would be ok. I dont know if they did it because I went to find a seat. It was an experience. It was better the next day. It had melted into ice cream instead of cream with ice. I dont know if that makes sense but....

First time here, will be the last. Not a fan. I went to the bathroom while I waited for my items and the toilet seat was broken and there was no toilet paper and the place could’ve been cleaner. This is also the first time I’ve ever thrown away a full rolled ice cream and boba. Like literally took a few bites/sips and then threw them both right in the trash. The boba left a nasty taste in my mouth too. Got the Thai tea rolled ice cream and the Hong Kong style milk tea with boba.
