I ordered a Carrie Mango online. It arrived in bad shape around 2 weeks ago. The plant is dying. I have sent 5 emails with photos attached and made 2 calls (Mr Hao tells me to send an email). I have not received a reply to any of the emails. They don't seem to be concerned, that they have taken my money and not even responded. I have no idea what to do...
