I recently visited Mind Body Hum in Seattle for the first time, booking through ClassPass, and had a wonderful experience. I attended the Yin yoga sound bath class, and it was truly relaxing. The studio has a calming and welcoming atmosphere, providing a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The yoga classes are well-structured, and the studio itself is clean and beautiful. For first-timers, it might take a few sessions to get accustomed to the flow of the classes and some of the terminology used, but overall, it's a great place to find balance and relaxation. I highly recommend Mind Body Hum to anyone looking to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

I felt completely recharged through the Vinyasa flow and meditation session. Although I didn’t have a reservation, I was warmly welcomed—thank you for that! I’m so glad to have found a place in Seattle where I can maintain my yoga routine during a business trip or vacation. Yoga mats are available for rent, and water is also available for purchase, which is very convenient.

Mind Body Hum has been one of my favorite studios in the city for the past few years! All of the teachers I've met have been kind and helpful with modifications and flow when needed. Last year, I also did the sound bowl apprenticeship with Scott, and I really enjoyed the time and his teaching style. I normally wouldn't comment on the aesthetics of a yoga space because I don't think that is how you should choose where to practice. But I think it’s important to mention that the space has been designed with so much thought in the details that whenever I have taken a class I just feel better being in the space! The sense of calm the space evokes allows me to go deeper into my own practice!

Andrea offered a private class for our bachelorette party weekend, and it was such a fun experience. She brought the fun energy, leaned into the sisterhood bonding, and had some fun surprise personal touches to the yoga class. Not to mention, she had a fantastic playlist. 10/10 recommend.

Loved the early morning 6:15 am option! There were maybe 5 other students in the warm vinyasa class so plenty of room. Love the dim lighting before sunrise and the beautiful sunrise that comes through by class end with the downtown sky line in the window (mostly frosted). Easy to find free streetside parking (paid ~8a-8p). Great workout !
