Love this place. The new owners (super friendly husband & wife) came over and introduced themselves the first time I stopped in … such a nice touch. Staff’s awesome too, super chill and friendly. The whole place has cool art everywhere and this retro, funky decor… kind of like a swanky hotel suite meets neighborhood bar. Has that real local feel where you feel like a regular right away. Drink prices really reasonable for South Beach which was very refreshing to find. Easy spot to lose track of time.

This place feels like a true hidden gem. The drinks were tasty but not watered down to the point that I felt like I was really getting my money's worth. The vibe was excellent. The music really set the mood. And the crowd was awesome. It feels like they've taken a lot of time to cater to us. That's very hard to find in the South Beach area. Most of the bars out here treat you like you're just a number whereas in mini bar, I felt like an appreciated customer. I will definitely come back and bring my friends every chance I get.

I’ve never been one to comment or complain about a business. My wife and I have been frequenting this spot for years. We loved the genuine and down to earth energy the entire place had. Music, service, cocktails were completely unmatched to any bar in the area by far. Unfortunately it’s completely changed—and not for the better. The entire staff and atmosphere has drastically changed. The bartender was not knowledgeable at all, had a really bad attitude, and the overall service felt careless. On top of making us the wrong drinks, also charged us the wrong bill. The main reason for this review- The quality of clientele that it has attracted is atrocious. There was a prostitute, wearing close to no clothing at all, casually and openly soliciting to myself and other men in way that made a lot of people uncomfortable, including my wife. It felt wildly inappropriate that this was allowed while employees could clearly notice and commented on as well. I don’t know what’s happened here, but it’s definitely not the same place it used to be. Disappointed and we won’t be coming back.
