I cannot say enough amazing things about Julianna, Erica, and the gorgeous Mira Mira Studio! Julianna has taken many of my photos and is the absolute best at directing, posing, and bringing out the confidence in me. In addition, I’ve hosted many events of my own at the studio and everytime the staff has made my experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a venue to host your next event or a photographer to empower and bring out the best in you, then Mira Mira is the place for you! 10/10 recommend!
Customer Service
I wish someone would’ve warned me how unprofessional the owner is…here is a list of only a handful of the dozens of issues we had. If you run a multi-million dollar business - I don’t recommend this venue. However, if you have a hobby or something small - you might not mind. -the owner never does what she says she’s going to do & is very unprofessional -we booked the venue based on the layout & meticulously planned our event based on our tour — the owner later changed pretty much everything we loved about the space without notice. Fully a breech of contract but it was too late for us to change venues. -the owner said we could set up a few items a day early, only to have us drive an hour there - unload everything & tell us she forgot she had another evening event that day (so 3 hours including driving of wasted time that we could’ve used at our HQ prepping) -owner said she would paint the floors before our event, they were beyond filthy and disgusting -owner said the space would be clean - nope, WE cleaned her disgusting floors & bug eggs we found under furniture. (The cleaning lady arrived 2 hours later but it was too late) -owner would say she would send us photos of items, we would have to ask and remind her several times to get anything -owner said she would have furniture moved and ready for us before our event - nope! We had to move her furniture for her the morning of our event. She said she would come once we reminded her that she didn’t do it (yet again) but since she never does what she says she is going to do - we didn’t trust that she would even show up to do so. -owner appears to be nice, friendly and “girl boss vibes” on social media but that is not the case in real life (not that this issue really matters - I deal with all kinds of people and personalities around the world - this is just something I found odd) This list isn’t even everything. Every single thing she said she would do - she did not do. I have no idea how she runs a business. I’ve worked in corporate LA for a decade & own a multi million dollar brand in Austin — we throw events every year at other places & I’ve never seen such a messy disorganized venue.

The cutest photo studio in Austin! I love the way every room is set up. They all feel like their own individual style but still go well with each other. You really get the best bang for your buck here since you have 7 different areas to take pictures in. If you don’t have a photographer or a team to help you get ready, Mira Mira can help you there too! Jules really has a eye for style and can help your vision come true. Mira Mira Photography studio also hosts some great networking events among other fun events.

My wife and I hosted our baby shower at Mira Mira, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space was perfect for our 40 guests, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The owner went above and beyond, even assisting with our event day setup, which made everything run smoothly. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and beautiful venue, and we would absolutely rent this space again for future events!

Julianna is incredibly talented and goes above and beyond for her clients!! She’s more than a photographer… she is a creative genius and will help you take your brand to the next level! She has a way of truly capturing YOUR essense, and brand vibe that makes you stand out & highlights your personality. When I did my shoot with her, she put so much intention, planning, and creativity into the whole thing, and even literally made a gorgeous dress for me to wear for the shoot lol. It was so much fun! I tell everyone about Julianna & her work because the whole experience and end result is that amazing!! Highly highly recommend!
