Took our 12 person team with only 24 hours notice! John was very flexible and a true pleasure to work with. We escaped both rooms and it was an awesome team-building exercise for our new group. Refund for no-shows was very nice too; I didn't stress about getting my numbers wrong. I've done 5 escape rooms before and this was a fun one. Thanks, Mission Escapes!

Took my admin team to this escape room for a group outing! We had a great time. We had a group of 10 so we split into two teams of 5. One team did the Lunar Escape and the other did the Treasure Hunt. Both groups beat the rooms but we still found the rooms challenging and fun! I also found the employees super accommodating and helpful! I called ahead because we had such a large group and they were able to manipulate the schedule online so that both groups could start at the same time. Day of, we were a couple minutes late due to uber/traffic and they still let us in which was also great(some escapes rooms are extremely strict about this). It was a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be back!

I played the Treasure Hunt with one other person and we had a blast! I have a bit of experience, but this was my friend's first time. There was a good amount of puzzle content that kept us busy for the whole hour, yet it was very approachable and concise. There were none of the things (pet peeves) that I often find in Escape Rooms and get frustrated with. I feel this is one of the best introductions someone could have into the wonderful world of Escape Rooms. John was extremely friendly and attentive as well. We will be back for Lunar!

This review is spoil-free! This was my first escape room and it was SO COOL and super super fun! We went for a team bonding event for our team at work, and for all but one of us, it was our first escape room. The guy behind the counter was super nice. The door was locked when we got there, but we knocked and he came up to get us. (He said most people called instead of knocking lol.) I won't say much about the Lunar Escape room, but it is so clever and such a cool concept. When the room master told us the story of the room and what we were about to enter, we all exchanged looks of "oh man, this is gonna be epic." We went in and got right to it. We had 7 in our party and it was slightly too many cooks in the kitchen -- I think 4 people would be ideal (although 3 is absolutely necessary). All of the puzzles were solvable without any help from outside of the room. We used no clues whatsoever (you're allowed 6 hints), and finished with almost 25 minutes left on the clock (but the guy behind the desk said that was faster than average), so it was a little easier than we were hoping for, but it was still a great time overall, and I'd highly recommend it. So much fun, and will definitely be going back for the Treasure Escape room!

This was a great way to celebrate our Dad's retirement with our family. John, our host, was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. The Treasure Hunt was full of fun adventure and puzzles for our group of 6 adults, a 12 year old and an 8 year old. We had a blast and would like to come back to try the Lunar Escape next!!! Highly recommend!
