Definitely going to be my new breakfast spot. The Sweet Chili Shrimp and Grits is going to be my new personality. I dont handle spicy foods very well and this was not hot at all. We absolutely loved it. The service was amazing, super friendly. The kitchen was fast we well, and they were decently busy during a Wednesday. You definitely need to try this one out.

First visit to Mission Valley Breakfast Company and I'm already looking for a breakfast date to schedule so I can come back! We arrived at 7am on Sunday - opening time for no wait. We were seated pretty quickly (bartender seemed annoyed that we arrived literally as they were opening so that was a little off putting). Once seated, we scanned the menu for our breakfast and of course... COCKTAILS! The menu is fantastic. We selected the pancake, waffle, french toast flight and chicken sandwich. Our cocktail was the Palomar with mescal upgrade. Everything was perfection!! Im hungry again just thinking about this delicious meal. Not 1 crumb left over! Bravo!

The place has a spacious setup with both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for any kind of weather since the outdoor area has heaters. The atmosphere was modern and hip, and the service was fast and friendly. They’ve got a full bar setup and a menu that makes it hard to choose because everything looked so good. I ended up trying the fried rice Benedict, which was a first for me, and it did not disappoint. It was packed with flavor and such a creative twist on a classic. Definitely a spot I’d return to!

This restaurant is a nice spot for a breakfast meal. Arrive early because this spot fills quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided with the menu and drinks accordingly. Once we were set to order the food arrived within a timely manner. We did not have to wait long for anything. The place is chill and spacious, indoors and outside accommodations. Great for family or a gathering for a feast. If you receive an opportunity to try their menu, definitely go for it.

So nice we went twice! First time visiting downtown San Diego and this place set the tone for a great trip. The service was great with good music in the background and food made quickly. The flavorful omelet was enough to feed 2 people alone, and the french toast was some of the best I've had in a while. If your visiting the area I'd definitely say give this place a try!
