Popped in here while walking around the Brickell city center. Ordered the passionfruit green tea with strawberry pop and the Thai tea with boba with the default sweetness level and both were really good. At first it tasted really sweet but after a couple sips you get used to it. Next time I’d probably do 75% sweetness level. I’m not a fan of boba at all but I actually enjoyed their boba and thought their Thai tea was really good.

I love Miu’s Tea South beach and miu’s tea south Miami but not Brickell store! I went with my friend on a Saturday and both of our orders tasted horrible. Her matcha drink tasted like mop water and my honey milk tea was like being added too much water then there’s nothing left to be tasted. We saw the tea was prepared in advanced in big containers and were being poured as we were finishing up ordering. The tea was ready literally when we were done paying. If you sacrifice the quality for efficiency, it will not work! I will not come back. Very disappointed! This is not the first time I felt disappointed about Brickell location.

Came here with high expectations due to the high ratings. Ordered the Osmanthus latte with boba as well as an Oolang milk tea. The Osmanthus latte was alright, nothing spectacular. There was no Osmanthus taste and it lacked a bit of body, which meant that the drink tasted more like boba milk vs. milk tea as it should have been. The boba toppings was unfortunate - they were hard, not chewy and weren’t sweet enough. What impressed me though was how well-organised, neat and clean the kitchen was. There were only two staff and a ready stream of customers and orders, but they were pretty efficient and had no issues keeping up. I was a little irked because I intentionally split my orders into two so I could enjoy 10% off on my second order, but that didn’t work out. I asked the lady serving me and she was a little indifferent, quipping - “oh maybe next time”. As the place is situated on the third floor of a mall without street parking, you will have to park in the paid garage if you are driving.
