They worked hard to set me up with a commuter bike, a Marin gravel bike, and keep it in one piece as I subject it to San Diego roads. When the frame cracked after three years of heavy use, they got a new frame and fork, a huge upgrade from what I had, and with the old parts built me a new bike - No charge and no questions asked! If you are serious about cycling, these are the people for you!

I ride a bicycle to and from work, to and from the store and Etc. So i need my bicycle running very well like a car you know. I'm no weeken bicyclist, day in and out. So being your own mechanic is so Cost-efficient. I like this place. It seems to me that they are on customer satisfaction but when someone walked in and was looking to by more then me they seemed to leave me alone and talk to the other customer that walked in over me ... so there is that poor client satisfaction. I was strictly there for particular articles that they seem to have enough of. Tires and tools were bought and the exchange was fine. I'm running out of shops so I'll have to do with MJ's.
