Great school of martial arts. I've been doing some classes for about 2 years now, and my martial arts skills have developed a lot. Not only martial arts but they also have great fitness classes, which helped my wife lose more than 15l. It's a must go if you're seeking better health, quality of life and martial arts skills.

I think this location is great for kids martial arts, but if you're looking for real results in adult fitness classes, this is not the best place for that. Unless you plan on only going to the morning classes where they employ an actual fitness instructor. She only does the 9 and 10 AM classes. (30 min) UFC has 1 hour long fitness classes and is cheaper. I wanted to try this place first and unfortunately was disappointed in the end. I went 4 months and it's over priced for 30/20 min classes 3 times a week. I believe the instructors are good and care for their martial arts Classes. The original instructor I took my first fitness kickboxing class was great and the AM fitness instructor is amazing. However, the fitness Classes are only 30 min and not all evening instructors seemed skilled in fitness group classes, but are perhaps better at the more matrial arts focused classes. The 30 min classes are repetative and not motivating and do not usually use the punching bags. Sometimes they start late and end early so you only get 20 min workout. We were told the classes would get longer, they did not.

I highly recommend this place. The coaches are great with the kids. My daughter went when she was 5 and they helped her build so much confidence in herself. Now my toddler joined. He loves it! Coach Noel is awesome and very patient with the kids. The staff are very effective in ensuring sanitation is in place and that everyone is wearing a mask. As a parent during this pandemic, you definitely will have a peace of mind in regards to COVID safety regulations being in place. Go by and try the 1st class, you won't regret it.

Overall a great experience so far. I brought my teen in to check out their boxing class and I can't say enough about this place. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The teacher for the boxing class was so patient and honestly everyone in the class was super patient and sweet to my kid. 10/10

I enrolled my daughters (9 and 12 years old) in January, and they love their Muay Thai classes. Instructor Joe's coaching goes beyond the basics of the sport. He also gives them foundation for discipline and respect. I recently joined myself the Muay Thai adult class. The focus is on technique, repetition (to build muscle memory), and sparring. But above all, it is the fantastic family-friendly environment that makes this gym unique.
