Three, maybe 4 stars. Definitely not more. Very interesting, eclectic, off the beaten path. Fun to watch the crepes being prepared. The thrill is in the sizzle, not the bite. I personally found the final result to be a bit bland. I was expecting to have my flavor buds knocked out of the park. No. Kinda ok. But, definitely worth the first trip.
