This is some of the best Vietnamese food we've ever had. We discovered Momo Express by luck when they were serving in front of Ridgecrest Public House during our recent visit. (Ridgecrest has an excellent beer selection, as well as healthy servings of delicious Lopez Island Creamery ice cream.) Admittedly, the service was slow and they had issues with their pager system that had us waiting nearly a half hour for our food but the food was so freakin' good that even after the long wait, I felt compelled to post a positive review about them. Definitely give them a try if you get a chance. We will certainly search them down the next time we're visiting Seattle.

Mediocre at best. Tried both the banh mi and noodle dishes. Banh mi had an odd after taste similar to buttered popcorn. Noodle dish was just ok. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit this truck. Didn't have any issues with waiting time like others have suggested.

We have been lucky enough to catch this food truck on a Saturday by Urban Family Brewing. I’m inspired to say as a born and raised Chitown native I have experienced many fantastic cuisines. It’s one of the reasons my family and I enjoy Seattle as it is beautiful diverse and has a robust food culture. That being said, I’m surprised to say one of my favorite food experiences and my wife’s favorite is Momo’s Express Food Truck. We both were gobsmacked by how delicious the options where. We have ordered only their vegetarian options: Bahn mi sandwich, noodle and tofu dish, and their Bibimbap style dish. All made with excellence and clear love for culture in my humble opinion. Whenever we make it back that way, dinner via Momo Express is a must. Tip: Call and order ahead of time or don’t super hungry as they are popular and you are likely to find a line. We are grateful for this fiercely devoted food truck and hope to dine with them again soon.

Everyone has a bad day sometimes, updated to 3 star. Slowest food truck I’ve come across in ages. We waited over 30 minutes on a slow day for two chicken vermicelli dishes that we finally got prepared with the oldest driest chicken that I’ve been served in a very long time. Will be avoiding in the future and would recommend others do the same.
