I had the best interaction with absolutely no pressure to buy from the employee who assisted me. Devin was polite and professional, and the whole process of selecting trees was a breeze. I was given little white flags to put where the different trees were going to go and install day came, I wasn't home to see the crew, but I came home to a beautiful tree in the front and another in the back yard. My neighbors all still have dead trees, and they all compliment my gorgeous tree out front. I came back here again, having received an email about a weekend sale, and I saw they had crape myrtles available. Again, Kelley, who assisted me, was a no pressure, informational, and professional experience. We were able to get the right size and color trees I wanted ordered with Kelly's help and a much faster install date than I could have hoped for. I had a fantastic experience with Moon Valley Arcadia. I wanted to update my overgrown yard and the staff at Moon Valley were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire process from my initial visit to the planting was seamless. I dealt primarily with Kelley Mace as well as the other Kelly who I believe is a manager. I used a whole variety of their services including pruning of a mature pecan tree, tree removal, as well as the installation of a 10-foot true date palm, a baby Canary Island (pineapple) date palm, and two weber agave plants. The staff were exceedingly professional and courteous, and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

We lost a tree in a storm last year and were concerned about now we were going to replace it. After seeing ads about trees from Moon Valley, we decided to visit and see what they could do for us. We have always wanted a Jacaranda, so they showed us a beautiful tree which was on sale (even better!). We purchased it on the spot and 2 weeks later we had our tree delivered and planted. We could have had it sooner, but that was the most convenient for us. They arrived in time and within 15 minutes, we had a very professionally planted tree. We are looking forward to seeing its beautiful purple blooms. We were very impressed with their professionalism on every level and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more in the future. 6 weeks later, we have beautiful purple blossoms! We couldn’t be happier with our decision.
